The location was excellent with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful gesture by the staff, as they surprised my aunt with a birthday cake. the noise from the street was noticeably disruptive, making it hard to rest well at times. the check-in process could have been smoother, as payment was required upfront despite my flexible rate.

I had a comfortable stay with my family, including our two dogs. The location is perfect, close to shopping centers and public transport. The housekeeping staff was efficient and friendly, ensuring our stay was as pleasant as possible. I appreciated all their efforts.

There's nothing quite like arriving and being greeted by staff that remember your name! We were surprised when Eray brought my aunt a cake for her birthday right after we settled in, and it brought tears to her eyes. The bar was open 24/7, and Ekin ensured we were always feeling welcome with his cheerful service, he was like a breath of fresh air!

It wasn't the cheapest place around, but honestly, it was worth it.

The swimming pool was also a fantastic addition, providing a great spot for some relaxation after a busy day. the room lighting could be improved as it felt a bit too dim during my stay.

The Deluxe Double Room was spacious and had nice amenities like a minibar and flat-screen TV. The spa facilities included a sauna, hot tub, and massage options which were fantastic! Staff were attentive and helpful, especially with luggage storage. I loved the fitness center too! Really enjoyed my stay!
